Paper quillled flowers are stunning look at and finish off a card perfectly. They may look difficult to make but they are in fact very easy if you know how.
Before we get started:

What you’ll need to complete this project:
Step 1
Die cut 1 each of the Carnation Duo Flower petals from Orange card and 2 of the textured stamens from black card. Apply red liner tape across as shown.
Step 2
Using a quilling tool, roll up the stamens and petals to form a flower. To see how to do this – click here for a video!
Step 3
Using the Regency Swirls embossing folder, emboss some white card and create a tag.
Step 4
Die cut some leaves using the Assorted Leaves die from green card.
Step 5
Adhere the leaves and flower to the tag. Stamp the sentiment and die cut using the oval die. Layer onto a die cut scalloped oval cut from black card and add to the card.. Thread through the ribbon to complete the tag.
