Essential Gemini round-up - 10 die-cutting, foiling and embossing posts

Hands up, who loves our Gemini range? We certainly do – so much so that we were keen to share a list of ten of our favourite blog posts and videos about it! There are some links that are ideal for beginners, some that are packed full of inspiration about our launches and some that are ideal for more experienced crafters, so make sure you have a read through and see if there’s anything you fancy taking a look at.

To kick things off, we thought we’d start with your first port of call – a tips and tricks post! This blog post features a range of information about die-cutting, including what you can cut, what else you can do with dies and how to care for your machine. It’s a brilliant read for getting to grips with the basics.

2. Get your glitz on with the Gemini FOILPRESS

As well as our Gemini die-cutting machines, did you know we had a hot foiling machine too? The Gemini FOILPRESS is amazing for adding metallic, foiled details to a variety of projects, so click the link and have a read to see what you think!

3. Gemini Nesting Die spinning love card

Nesting Dies are amazing for a range of projects and they’re especially great for matting and layering, but in this project post, the dies have been used in a different way. Take a look to see how to create a 3D spinning heart for a Valentine’s card! It’ll give your card projects that extra little something.

8. How to use the Gemini Wrap Dies

For this video, we’ve recruited the help of the lovely Craig Laird. In this six minute video, he demonstrates how to create a stunning wrap band by using the Gemini Wrap Dies. They’re ideal for cards, gift boxes and bags, so if you’ve been planning on doing some gifting, make sure you take a look!
