"Insanity in a Box" BUT I LOVE IT!

I purchased this from HSN and I think it's the best money I could have spent towards my card making hobby. The reason I call it "Insanity in a Box" is because I think it can be confusing to use in the beginning. You need to watch the DVD basics to get yourself really oriented where the markings are, otherwise you can crease on the wrong line. That can throw the whole project off, and cause hair to be pulled out. I think they could improve the design by highlighting the measurements better & making one side of the box a different color, so it's easier to get your bearings. Maybe I'm a slower learner than most, but I have to really think about how I need to open it so things don't fall out. Still, when I finish one of the projects, I'm as happy as if I had good sense because of the feeling of accomplishment. To think about how this product was designed and calculated to make the measurements, is quite impressive, and I think it will give me years of enjoyment.

The Canadian Shopping Channel offered the "Enveloper" and "Top Score" Boards for an excellent price. However, they sold very quickly. So I went on-line and saw the "Ultimate Crafters' Companion". I absolutely love it and I've only really just begun to use it.

I bought this item from Crafting Direct hoping that it would be a good buy. I am really pleased to say that I have not been disapointed at all infact I am delighted with it. I use it whenever I do any crafting and would recomend it to anyone.

When I saw this I knew I had to have it. I have not been disappointed!!!! I spent hours enjoying the DVD and watching the beautiful projects, even my husband saw a little of the video and was impressed.
Although it can make such fancy things easily, I've been using it mainly for really basic stuff, like regular cards, gate fold cards, envelopes, and bow making. I can make 3 cards with envelopes in less than 15 minutes, paper cutting time included and they look great!
I was never any good at measuring and such, so this is PERFECT for me! I recently posted a picture of a card I made, and nearly everyone that commented on it mentioned how gorgeous the bow was!!!! I never could have done it without this tool, and I've been recommending it to everyone who will listen! *LOL*

This is one of the first crafting tools that I truly can say I got more then my monies worth.I am still in awe over how many items one can make.Words are not enough to describe what a great tool the Crafters Companion is.Money well spent.
